About the Global Day of Prayer

Praying at GDoP 2007
© York 2007
The momentum is building for the Global Day of Prayer! Registrations are steadily coming in via the website and it is so exciting to see how God is mobilising His army in the UK to pray!

Unprecedented prayer

The 10 days of prayer (1st – 10th May) will link with Prayer Week (4th – 11th May - www.prayerweek.com) in the run up to the Global Day of Prayer (11th May), where events will be held all around the world and attended by millions of people lifting up the name of Jesus! The Global Day of Prayer is followed by 90 days of blessing (12th May – 10th Aug). This happens during Hope on the Streets, when Christians across our nations will be offering a million hours of kindness to their communities (www.hope08.com).
